「Fantastic little find, out in the middle of nowhere, high in the hills above the lake. The most spectacular views from the balcony where we just sat in the peace and quiet. Our host was fabulous, who couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast was local pastrys, the sugar bread was to die for. Beautifully restored, very authentic. 」

「These folks are busy and Vincente still makes a very nice breakfast. The pizza at the truck down the road is a great option for dinner on the terrace. Check out the unusual goats next door and the Spar market has WARM baguettes in the morning across the street. Ask for “Une baguette, s’il vous plait” and enjoy! This lodge was MUCH further than I expected on extremely windy roads from Cannes and through Grasse but it was beautiful. The Val du Saint Thierry has a great farmer’s market on Sunday...

「We were offered a ground floor or balcony room and opted for ground floor as it was only one night. Everything well, except the door not locking, and missing a bit of the fresh air that would have been had on the balcony. Average breakfast, good parking, average place.」

「Petit déjeuner varié et bon. Grande chambre (sans terrasse) propre et confortable au calme. L'hôtel est en face d'une route fréquentée mais on n'entend rien. Il est très bien placé avec tous les commerces à proximité. La piscine est très grande. Des petits séminaires peuvent y être organisés. Le service est nickel et l'équipe est sympa. Bref très bon rapport qualité prix」
