「I’m very disappointed with how this whole process has been handled. It started of by never hearing back for the property manager until the morning of my arrival. I had to contact multiple agents from hotels.com. Finally, when I was already 5 hours from my check in, I heard from them and they said the apartment was not available due to a leakage. 「Fine apartment, centrally located, comfortable enough bed. Had very minimal furnishings (one small lamp next to the bed, with blue light - awful for sleeping; one fan). The check in instructions/photos did not give the right instructions on how to find the lockbox, and I had a long back and forth with the host trying to find it. Because of the lockbox, I just did not feel safe in the space - like anyone else could also have the code and come into the flat.」
