「The room wasn’t well cleaned. The service in breakfast was also awful that I waited the coffee for more than 20mins, I guess they just forgot. And the staff tried to take away my drink way before finishing. It’s not good at all to me」

「The hotel itself is a bit old, hence it's exptected that the renovation or facilities in rooms are with ages and some might not function such as the mini refrigerator did not work. But considering the price and a variety of breakfast included, it is not a bad choice for one or two days stay.」

「Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Room was set up well and relatively new. Questions were responded to fast. Our problem with the place is the noise. Walls are thin. We were put next to a family with multiple very noisy children. They made noise until midnight and started again at 5 AM. Then there was the staff that started early in the morning talking loudly in the hallways and slamming doors」

「great fast response from manager in duty,appreciated.. we got HOT AC for hours, they given us new room.. which is better.. even we found small cocroach in bathroom.. connecting door they forgot to open in first room and take sometime to open,, lil drama.. cold breakfast , ...our first and last stay at grand tjokro.. need improvement of outdated rooms.. we booked 2 rooms」
