This place is more about extend stay, first thing my wife got a pickled thrown at her and the rooms were not worth the stay. We did not stay there we left that night and drove home, do to the feeling of unsafe

They took out .money for a booking and then when we got there they said they didn't have our booking and that they didn't have no rooms.Terrible staff and I will never ever try and stay there again and I recommend that y'all don't either.Im highly pissed

The bad part is i made reservation an they didn't have my room for me and told me they didn't have one and when i showed them my reservation was made they put in in a room but told me they were going to move me to a different one so this was not good after your long trip so i didn't bring my bags up to the room, time went by an nothing so i went got my bags so that i could get showered and relaxed. They ended up letting me stay in that room because rhe one i reserved was not available for me

Checkin staff very helpful. Lisa checked our room and wiped clean one more time and very friendly and knowledgeable of what the city has to offer. Pets were welcome! Very quiet. Ice machine available and vending machines. No coffee pot however in room. Bed comfortable and air conditioning very cold which we loved. Thanks

Worst place ever. Don’t stay here…you’ll regret it

I wouldn’t suggest anyone staying here. The hotel service was horrible. You can’t get anyone on the phone. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone, and when you leave a voicemail- they don’t call back. It’s been 3 days & still no call back. I paid for the room & they didn’t have my reservation & wouldn’t refund my money when I could t stay there until I threatened to call the police. Without a doubt, the worst place ever.

My reservation was giving to someone else. I drove 3 hrs to get here and didn’t have a place to stay! Thanks! I was told my reservation was cancelled! Then I was told since I didn’t put card on file they couldn’t charge for room by 4 pm! But made reservation at 6:45 pm!
