Pas de petit déjeuner sur place !! Cette information sur Hôtel.com est erronée. L'établissement ne propose plus ce service depuis plusieurs années. Il a fallu se débrouiller autrement !!! Ne comptez pas non plus avoir de réponse de l'hébergement en ecrivant par le biais d'hotels.com. Les messages n'arrivent pas jusqu'à la réception. Il faut téléphoner. Et le wifi de l'hôtel ne marche pas non plus, pas assez puissant. Impossible d'aller sur internet, sauf au portail d'entrée de la résidence où l'on retrouve notre propre réseau. Sinon les studios sont sympas pour y passer qq jours. L'hébergement est bien situé pour visiter tous les alentours.

honteux!!!!

Extrêmement décevant.... Surtout à 220€ la nuit!!!! à éviter franchement. Je parle pour l’appartement 101 ne connaissant pas les autres.... odeurs Insupportables: problème de remontées d’égout et de moisissures, canapé lit en cuvette tellement il est usé et ménage plus qu’approximatif! A l’accueil on nous répond que c’est normal, qu’ils sont usés et que l’on ne peut rien y faire.... Honteux.... Je ne suis pas fan des mauvais commentaires mais séjournant très souvent dans les hôtels ( au moins 80 nuits par an), je vous assure que cette résidence est pour moi a éviter! Préférez de très très loin les Restanques de St tropez ( Pierre et vacances) Pour un prix similaire. Les équipements y sont top ..... N’hésitez pas à me contacter pour plus de détails!

Un séjour au calme

Une réceptionniste sympa mais qui débute donc pas eu toute les infos du premiers coup. Nous avons du faire des allés retour pour chercher notre linge et draps...mais avec le sourire! Le lieu est calme, propre. La piscine superbe. Agréable d’avoir sa place de parking juste devant l’appartement

Appartement spacieux, propre, juste ce qu'il faut

Complexe bien situé et facile d'accès. Arrivée tardive donc documents d'accès disponibles à l'entrée de la réception et appartement ouvert. Pratique. Intérieur spacieux, baignoire agréable, propreté correcte. Equipement suffisant. Nous ne savions juste pas comment faire pour le check-out, la réception étant fermée dimanche toute la journée. Nous avons cherché sur les documents, pas d'indications. Nous avons donc choisi de laisser l'appartement ouvert à notre départ, comme il l'était à l'arrivée, espérant que cela était la bonne méthode. Il faudrait donc prévoir plus d'informations pour les séjours de courte durée SVP. Petite précision stationnement facile en face de la porte sécurisé, ce qui est rare donc très appréciable.

Great Location but slightly tired

The location was brilliant for trips to Saint Tropez and Port Grimaud. However, decoration slightly dated. Bathroom very poor as only small 1/2 bath and no shower head holder. No toiletries and reception only open at certain times. Wifi only available for one device. Pool was closed and no breakfast options available. If it was summer months it would be a lot better. I would probably stay here again and it is still a decent option for a family.

Un centre de vacances ne peut pas être un hôtel

Descendu dans le sud pour une nuit, le lieu choisi est un centre d'accueil pour vacanciers mais absolument pas une chambre d'hôtel. Pas d'équipement : tapis de bain, nécessaire de douche, serviettes de toilette.... Vraiment très décevant.

El hotel es muy tranquilo y bien comunicado.

Nos a gustado mucho porque era muy tranquilo, la piscina esta muy bien y queda justo en medio entre saint maxime y saint tropez y a dos minutos de port de grimaud. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo y ademas es muy economico.

residence vieillotte mais suffisante pour un weekend 2 jours une nuit. Piscine grande et agréable (eau à 26° en juin!) .nombreux bains de soleils mais pas toujours en bon état (toile déchirée). Parking gratuit devant la porte du logement très pratique pour décharger les valises.

Bonne réception à l'arrivé, hôtesse agréable et souriante. Personnel de chambre sympathique, Hotel propre, bonne prestation, cadre agréable. très pratique le parking à proximité des chambres, et l'ouverture de plain pied sur la piscine trés pratique. Adresse à retenir.

TRES AIMABLE

N'étions dans l'hôtel que pour une nuit et n'avions ni café ni sucre pour le lendemain matin. Cela fut offert par l'accueil avec grand sourire. Malgré tout, il est très difficile de trouver l'endroit. Un effort doit être fait pour rejoindre l'hôtel ( suggestion situation par rapport à la gendarmerie indiquée par panneau ).

What a shame!

Hotel staff not at all helpful, I was expected to pay a large "deposit" when I checked in-nothing was mentioned of this when I booked. When you leave there is no one to take your key or to nowhere to leave it, so anyone can get into the room and take anything which you then have to pay for as there is no one to inspect your room as you leave! There are no facilities or shops near by-again not mentioned in the "blurb". Clearly they don't keep to the Europe wide ban on smoking inside, the room stank of smoke and wasn't clean.

Enorme différence entre la présentation sur internet et la réalité ! Séjour de 3 jours pour décompresser et au final du stress : lit tiroir au lieu du lit double (pas très romantique) TV payante (pas précisé) clef coincée dans serrure (donc risque d'intrusion jusqu'à réparation faite le lendemain) ménage final à faire (qu'est donc le service hotelier inclus dans le prix de la chambre ?) Dommage pour nous A éviter pour de courts séjours
