The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano 」

「Conveniently located right in front of Lake Orta with lake access. Lovely pool (did not use however). Comfortable room. Parking is tight to get into. Loading and unloading area. Walkable to main center. Shower and bathroom a little outdated. Breakfast buffet was average. 」

「I wasn't expecting such a spacious room with large bathroom and all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Free underground parking. Breakfast very good. 5 minutes from downtown Arona. Large tv with international channels Great price/quality.」

「Grande chambre située sur la place principale, beaucoup de style, bien décorée, frigo rempli à disposition. Très bon buffet de petit-déjeuner, seul le café n'est pas une réussite. Personnel compétent mais très discret... On a eu régulièrement du mal à obtenir un bonjour... Dommage ! Attention : le check-in s'effectue dans un autre hôtel à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Un peu contraignant quand on est à pieds...」

「Très bons échanges en amont de notre arrivée et très bon accueil par Debora. Belle grande chambre dans un immeuble très bien rénové. Il y a pas mal d'escaliers (2 ou 3ème étage) pour atteindre la chambre mais nos valises ont été montées par le mari de Debora :) L'immeuble est très bien situé en plein centre à environ 10-15 minutes de la gare (avec les valises et les pavés on avance moins vite :)) Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix (salé, sucré, yaourts, fruits..).」

O estacionamento é bem espaçoso e tranquilo. O café da manhã é muito saboroso, com o café e suco feitos ns hora.」

「Fortryllende sted! Helt særlig stemning, hvor der var kælet for alle detaljerne på hele stedet. Det var nemt at finde, selv midt om natten, på trods af der flere steder står at det er svært at komme derop. Vi kom derop i en stor tesla, der også kunne lade deroppe. Ejeren Alexandra var rigtig sød og hjælpsom. Og som andre skriver: lækker brunch😊👍」
