Um hotel mantido pela mesma família no interior da Toscana há 120 anos. Muito interessante apesar de sua simplicidade vale a pena passar uma noite como os que vivem na região. Não espere luxo mas curta o despojamento. vale a pena

Beautiful Chianti Region
We arrived just before dark and the fellow at reception said that he was told that we had cancelled our reservation but LUCKILY for us that the room was still available. He was abit rough around the edges but he did fit the medieval era look. The location in Chianti was great close to many attractions to see. Lots of mosquitos in the area but the sights made up for any bites we received.

nice place, excellent restaurant!
The place is located on the main road, a few minutes ride from Greve in Chianti. Enough space for parking. We arrived there after sunset and were very hungry. now pay attention - this restaurant is great! actually, we tried only the spaghetti bolognese and a ravioli, but let us tell you - it was the best dinner we had in Italy, and we been there for 3 weeks. the plate was full for a change, delicious and not expensive (not a typical Italian gourmet dish...). Another thing - the waiter (we can't remember his name) was very nice and helpful. The room was OK. the only problem was the shower which was very small and the water alternatively, frequently and spontaneously turned from hot to cold... in summary - nice place, excellent restaurant.

Fantastisk leilighet
Når vi ankom hotellet ble vi møtt av en hyggelig vert med glimt i øyet. Svært koselig hage bak hotellet med basseng. Hotellet ligger rett ved vindistriktet med mange vingårder rundt. Personalet gikk hjem litt tidlig...... og da ble resturanten også stengt.

Disappointing
Location was bad. Out in an area called: "Sheep Crossing" and far removed from any town. Need to know Italian to ride bus to nearest town (9 km away). I do and could get around to Greve. The Hotel was the only business in this spot and nothing else! Bring books to read!!!

L'accueil très décevant ; un temps infini pour retrouvé nos réservation.
Les chambres sont vieilles, le mobilier est disparate.
Trop loin de Florence.
