Not worth the money

+ Easy check-in and receptionist spoke good English. Hotel collected deposit of 300 Euros. - Double bed much too small for two people. Sofabed so squeaky that it will likely wake up the whole room if you move at all. - Aircondition in room - but not working. - Showerhead could not be fastened. Waterboiler for coffee/tea did not work. Poor cleaning. - Most of the time I could only get one device connected to wifi ("maximum number of devices reached". - Front desk closed at 7 pm. + Nice city, not far to Valensole or to Gorges du Verdon.

Bon accueil.Résidence agréable, calme. Parking sécurisé. Studio bien agencé, très agréable mais la literie est à changer. La grande piscine est belle et les parties communes de la résidence sont bien entretenues. Séjour sympa dans cette belle région.

Sejour en famille l'été: piscine exterieure top avec suffisament de chaises longues. Hebergement tres correct avec les basiques en equipement. Self check-in et arrivée sans accroc. La ville - qui est accessible à pied - est tres sympa avec des boutiques et restos. Bon emplacement pour decouvrir les alentours. Ne manquez pas le magnifique lac d'Esparron (un vrai coup de coeur - la plage de St Julien).

그냥 하루 이틀 묵기에 나쁘지 않습니다.

싱크대 물넘침 방지 홀이 배수구쪽으로 배관이 연결되어 있지 않아서 좀 황당했었구요. 침대와 쇼파는 좀 낡은 편이었는데 커버를 씌우게 되어 있어서 좀 생소했습니다. 전반적으로 청결도는 중간이구요. 하루 이틀 묵기에는 나쁘지 않습니다. 전 나올때 깨끗히 청소하고 나왔네요. 수용장은 있지만 체크인 17시 체크아웃 10시라서 시간이 좀 빠듯하네요. 그나 저나 하룻밤에 City Tax 4.4유로이니 참고하시구요.

Canape-lit très inconfortable. Salle de bain aurait pu être plus propre: la baignoire était salle et on n'avait pas changé le sac poubelle. Rien n'est fourni pour le nettoyage de la cuisine...mais il faut quand-même la laisser propre. Le personnel pourrait être plus aimable. Les horaires de l'accueil sont trop bizarres et ne se correspondent pas avec ce qu'est affiché.

Résidence simple, fonctionnelle , et idéalement située pour visiter la région et se promener dans le centre de Gréoux (accessible à pieds). Piscine très appréciable en fin de journée de ballades.

Belle résidence proche de toutes facilités

Très belle résidence idéalement placée pour visiter la région et proche à pied du centre du village. Points négatifs : matelas du studio de mauvaise qualité (en tout cas on a eu mal au dos !) , et vue que l’endroit est autorisé aux chiens , parfois on sent des odeurs de crotte à l'extérieur par fortes chaleurs ... Organisation a l'accueil Le jour des arrivées pas très organisée, attendez vous a faire la file car la réception n’est pas ouverte en continu . Je trouve dommage qu’au moins pour le samedi ce ne soit pas fermé entre midi et 15h... sinon les filles à l’accueil soNt sympathiques et agréables ! Attention si vous choisissiez de faire le ménage vous même : il y a un aspirateur et serpillère mais pas de produits d’entretient ... (ou alors il faut le demander ?)

3 étoile OK, mais pas 4.

C'était la 3ème fois (3x en 4 ans) que nous logions à La Licorne. C'est un bon 3 étoiles, mais pas un 4! En 4 étoiles nous ne pouvons le noter que très moyen: la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas (ils le savent mais ne font/peuvent rien faire). Les couloirs communs sont dégeulassent! Certains propriétaires de chiens sont top, mais d'autres les lâchent et ils vos crotter sur la pelouse. Ces mêmes personnes ne font cas des places de parcs et posent leur voitures où ils veulent (trottoir). Le WIFI est très instable et il faut se mettre à certains endroits pour l'avoir (les 3 ans idem!). Arrivées et départs que le samedi => la foire et le trafic affreux! Mais le cadre est très calme et très joli.

Befindet sich im Umbau, in der Ausschreibung erwähntes WIFI nicht vorhanden (war uns wichtig). Trotz Versprechungen wurde das Problem nicht gelöst. Bett anziehen war unsere Sache, trotz stolzem Preis von € 60.- für Endreinigung waren alle vier Zimmer alles andere als sauber. Einzig die freundlichen Worte des Personals an der Rezeption hat uns aufgestellt.

Piscine extérieure magnifique, un bémol pour celle en intérieur car l'eau était trouble. La plus grande déception est pour le rapport qualité prix de la chambre et les prestations pour un 4 etoiles, pas de produits d'hygiène, dommage de ne pas faire connaître les produits du coin à quelques km de l'occitane, pas de mise à dispo café, thé, etc... Et la propreté à revoir !
