t was disgusting.

I had a problem and went to reception but received no assistance; in fact, a man from the residence pushed me out. The room was very dirty: hair on the bed, coffee stains on the furniture, dirty walls, stains on the mattress covers... It was disgusting.

This is not a regular hotel but a very dated apartment hotel. *WE GOT CHARGED 20€ EXTRA TO GET SHEETS FOR THE BED *WE HAD TO CLEAN THE LODGING BEFORE CHECKING OUT. *NOISY WE WILL NEVER COME BACK. MANY BETTER PLACES IN THE AREA FOR THE SAME PRICE.

Do NOT consider this property as a short-stay, as it is only suitable for a long-term residence. The up-front instructions are inscrutable and we were penalized by something in the fine print that we have never encountered in any lodging before or since. Bad experience all around.

The property was not the best. There were some issues with cleanliness (dirty shelves, stains on bed and toilet was not cleaned well), and some issues with what was detailed on expedia website (issues with expedia not detailing necessary information for booking). Concern re metal shutters on the windows and doors when we arrived, which was not detailed on the expedia website. Would not recommend unfortunately. However, expedia team were very helpful and had excellent communication

Difficulties upon arrival

Turns out they were closed on the day of our checkin which we were not aware of. We tried to call and no one answered. We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all. The beds were not made, there was no soap or cleaning items to towels yet checkout required us to wash dishes. The electricity was also off so we had to find the electrical box. The WiFi also didn’t work. When we tried to calll back the emergency number no one answered.

Il s'agissait d'un séjour pour découvrir cette belle région de Provence. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines. L'appartement était bien spacieux, propre, cependant, le mobilier un peu dépassé et il n'y avait pas de clim dans les chambres et pourtant, les nuits étaient très chaudes, c'est dommage, ça serait peut-être judicieux de remettre la déco et le mobilier au gout du jour et la clim pour que les nuits soient plus confortable. La piscine extérieur aussi est petite, impossible de faire des longueurs, elle sert juste à faire trempette en cas de grosse chaleur. A part cela, nous nous sommes bien plu.

Emplacement top , à proximité du centre de Gréoux les bains. La ville est idéale pour faire les lacs du coin La résidence est bien tenue , les appartements sont grands. Il y a une piscine et un parking privé fermé. Arrivée et départ facile. Un kit draps/serviettes de bain est proposé a 10€.

Réservations via l'application hotel bien placé. Arrivée check-in reception ce situant derriere . et quel deception voir agacement qu'un hébergements 3 etoiles avec la mention "confort" ne fournisse meme pas les draps .. les serviette non plus . Bien evidement en supplement. Et mentionné nul part sur le site .. (sauf dans les avis utilisateurs mécontent comme nous) Deception de plus pour le gel douche non present . En bref cet établissement a les epaules du 3 etoile le prix du 3 etoiles .mais sans le services.

Propreté désastreuse !

Appartement très sale.Le sol etait littéralement noir.Les rideaux et les meubles étaient couverts de poussières. Le frigo plein de traces.....Des sacs de linge sales oubliés dans notre chambre contenant des draps,et serviettes éponges mélangés à ceux qui étaient normalement propres Les matelas sont si fins que nous avons du mettre celui du lit sur celui du canapé lit car impossible de dormir dans celui de la chambre vu l'état du sommier qui était couvert de cheveux. Le dessous du lit était rempli de moutons et de poils d'animaux. Moi je veut bien que l'on fasse des restrictions de budget mais pas au détriment de l'Hygiène.....c'est inadmissible. Je n'ose penser à l'état de l'eau de la piscine au vu de la propreté des logements. Je précise que je suis asthmatique mon enfant aussi et que le taux d'acariens devait être très élevé car nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit.

On veut des draps, des serviettes et du savon.

L'ensemble de la prestation était bonne. réservation d'une chambre confort qui ne contient ni serviette, ni drap ni du savon étonnant, tout ceci est disponible en supplément à l'accueil, mais en cas d'arrivée tardive ????? Ça doit bien être marqué quelque part dans le mail de confirmation mais franchement quand je vais à l'hôtel je m'attends pas venir avec mes draps et mon savon et les serviettes. Je ne garde donc pas un bon souvenir de cette prestation.drap et serviettes supplément 10 € par personne par nuit bien bien

Un élément primordial dans ma réservation n'a pas été fourni comme convenu dans l'offre "Privilège", à savoir : les draps et serviette. Nous avons passons une nuit sans serviettes pour se doucher, et sans draps pour dormir, à même le matelas et la couette. De plus, au niveau de la communication, impossible de contacter qui que ce soit après les heures de fermeture, même en appelant l'astreinte comme indiqué dans l'appartement : Communication zéro. Propreté à revoir.

Week-end de 4 jours sympa en famille, dommage que la literie soit de très mauvaise qualité même dans la chambre . Gros mal de dos tous les matins. Et tout le ménage à faire alors que nous avions pris l'option privilège, ce qui m'a laissé perplexe car partir et nettoyer tout le logement alors que ce n'étais pas indiqué m'a contrarié (je pense qu'il est important de souligner aux clients que tout le ménage est à faire vitres lit, serpillière etc pour éviter les mauvaises surprises). Merci à la responsable qui était d'une grande gentillesse avec un accueil hors norme que je tiens à souligner.
