Very nice hotel - friendly check-in staff. Good and spacius rooms. Restaurant service was poor and slow - they need attention to details - like cleaning of tables, taking orders in a timely manner. Food was good. Service needs to improve. Pool and sauna - they were nice and clean.

Great place to stay in Grenoble, quiet area and yet very accessible. Very clean and nice. The staff everywhere (reception, breakfast, housekeeping) were all really nice and helpful with no exception. Will definitely stay here again

The front desk staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating Also the bartender and server The hotel was alright but needed some updates A little shabby around the edges The jacuzzi pool looked great but was very cold It looked as though they are trying to save money so cutting back on certain things Staff made it better than it actually was

Machine petit déjeuner HS et donc pas de chocolat disponible maigres le prix du petit déjeuner non négligeable. Serveur absent par moment au petit déjeuner obligeant certains clients à ne pas attendre pour prendre un café (machine bloquée pour besoin de vidage cuve)….

Pas de bouteille d'eau offerte, alors que c'est un hôtel 4 * et qu'il faisait vraiment chaud. La caution de 100€ n'a pas été remboursée le jour même. Pourquoi? J'attends le virement sur mon compte. Je ne recommande plus cet hôtel.

Le personnel de l'accueil super sympa et accueillant. L'état de la salle de bain pas top ! Le parking pas pratique du tout, le spa fermé ! L'état de la salle de petit dej pas terribles ! L'agent qui vide les machines dans la poubelle ( café et orange) , la moitié tombe à côté ( moquette, etc... ) et c'est pas grave. Ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles 🌟

Nous n'avons pas été mis au courant que l'hôtel était en rénovation. Jour d'arrivée, le restaurant/zone détente fermés. 1 ascenseur non fonctionnel, clés des chambres non fonctionnelles. Nous devions chercher à chaque fois le réceptionniste. Cela à duré jusqu'à hier soir. La zone detente non fonctionelle, le jacuzzi peinait au niveau des jets (donc pas de bulles), il faisait très froid, sauna qui n'allait pas plus haut que 35degrés. Meme après 30min de chauffe. Fitness vieux, sale, et machines HS. Parking gratuit.... mais exterieur ! En vue de l'insécurité très présente à Grenoble, il nous a été vivement conseillé de mettre la voiture dans le garage.... à 14euros la nuit ! Pour l'instant, j'attends un retour de la responsable pour un geste commerciale en vue de tous les problemes presents durant ces deux nuits à l'hôtel qui etait un cadeau pour mon mari. Très déçue.
