I missed having a coffee pot in the room. Also i am gluten free and other hotels they provide scrambled eggs for a warm breakfast food and i missed thst as well. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were good.

The property did not receive my booking info from Expedia upon check-in . It was rather disappointing but easily solved. The room was clean and comfortable.

Itinerary Issue

The Hotel Stay was great. My itinerary was not sent to the hotel, so Quality Inn had no record of my arrival. Fortunately they still had available rooms and were able to swiftly accommodate. Going forward I'm not sure how I can confirm in advance this communication has been made.
