Room was not at all like the pictures and I had to clean the vents in the heat/AC unit myself because they were so filled with dust and dirt no air was moving. To top off the night a huge Roach walked across the top of my bed, that was it. I got a different room, it wasn’t any better. I wouldn’t let a dog stay there!!

The place was dirty, old and poorly remodeled. It would NOT be a place I would bring my family to. The grounds were unkept and the exterior looked beat up. I didn’t see or use the pool but based on the room and exterior I wouldn’t got have used it

Room was clean and staff was polite and friendly. I gave the low rating because breakfast was basically non-existent. We went at 7:00 a.m. and there was nothing there. Room needs updated.

There were a number of issues: 1. The tv didn’t work in my room. I called the front desk to address it, but I never heard anything back. 2. The pet fee is listed as $15 a day but I was charged $25 a day on property. 3. The shower hadn’t been properly cleaned- a bar of Irish spring soap, not the hotel soap, was left in the shower on top of the shampoo bottles. 4. Housekeeping attempted to open my door at 9:00 am despite a do not disturb sign on the door. Had I not locked the secondary latch, the housekeeper would’ve walked in on me naked having just gotten out of the shower. 5. Molding on the base of the walls was bare, with splinters hanging out. 6. The toilets didn’t flush properly. I literally had to flush three times to get poo to go down the pipe.

Door was open when I got to my room. Very strong deodorizer smell, carpet was very wet. Front window of room cracked. AC unit falling out of holder. What seemed to be permanent residents smoking pot all hours of day and night in their room. This place is disgusting!!!!!!!!
