Beautiful room! Nothing that I would have expected from Greenville Tx. My mother in law and brothers/sister in laws live here, so this will be our new go-to hotel. It was clean, the staff was excellent (Sky helped us). We were welcomed with smiles on faces and all around it was just a great experience.

This was the worst Quality Inn I have stayed in would not recommend it to anyone. I won’t stay in a Quality Inn again.

The bed was comfortable. Sheets were stained. Towels were thin but clean. Would have appreciated more than one facecloth.

The hotel is in horrible condition. The rate was very low and so I should have known it was doing to be a dump. All I can say is that it was better than sleeping in my car at a rest area.

Don't book here!
The hotel is taking reservations but is completely closed down.
I had family staying in the same hotel and they booked through a different site and the site booked them a new hotel the week before our stay due to closure. When I called hotels.com and quality ins help line they both assured me it was open.
We arrived to hotel to find the windows bored up and chains on the door.

This place is seriously rundown. I used to stay here years ago and it was nothing like this last experience. I don’t know if someone new is running it, but there is nothing quality about this place. Spend some extra money and stay at a cleaner location.

Front desk clerk was helpful and understanding when we asked to change rooms due to our first room having a strong odor. The bathroom in the second room could have been cleaned a bit better (it wasn’t really bothersome, just not very thorough) and needs a coat of paint, but it was fine just for a place to sleep for the night.

People coming in and out all night knocking on doors. Wondered if there were drugs or homeless there. Hole in fence and people coming back and forth between adjoining property and entering in back door.

10/10 do not recommend.
Front desk clerk was friendly but the rooms were horrible. As soon as you walked in it smelled like cigarettes and weed, toilet did not flush, the sheets were full of stains and roaches in the tub. We decided to leave the same night. Pictures do not look like the actual hotel.

We liked that they had good water pressure and temperature.
Everything seemed to be broken and the tub didn't have a plug AND was moldy. There was a strong dog smell in the hall and sporadic barking through the night.

Disgusting property. DO NOT STAY HERE! Dirty sheets. Dirty towels. Bugs smashed on walls. Whole place stinks. It’s a true roach motel. Those reviews that say “It’s ok” must like staying in filth. I slept in my car. So gross.
