The Ladies at the desk were friendly rhonda in the breakfast room was wonderful.the room smelled like cat pee the area was suspect I book a room here because it had a pool the pool wasn't open and looked like it hadn't been open in a while there was a a chicken bone on the floor outside our room 3 days. Not worth the money 1st and last stay here

I was in shocked and was assigned 4 rooms before my refund was issued. The front desk staff/ lady was nice and pleasant. The rooms were not adequately cleaned and smelled like mildew. The carpet had residue from the previous guests. The fourth and final room had feces under the toilet seat. To my disgust I shared my concerns and requested a refund. Presented a photo. I stayed at this property on several occasions and never experienced anything of this magnitude! Very unkept property!

I liked the hospitality of the staff and the staff having the opportunity to meet and greet each other with dignity. Only thing that was disappointing was the pool closers. It’s a heat advisory. Should have had it open for a way to enjoy outdoors and not just air conditioning.

The staff were very polite. The issue for certain was the repairs being done to the roof and building causing a horrible smell of mold and mildew. If I wasn’t there for a close family members funeral, I wouldn’t have stayed. I had to purchase Lysol and additional products to make the space inhabitable for the two nights because there were limited beds at other places.

-room was clean, cool and smelled refreshing - front desk staff very polite, courtesy, friendly and accommodated all my request. Octavia took time to show me my room before I checked in and was just as accommodating to me upon checkout. She also was instrumental in sharing good places to eat in her city. Ms. Rhonda your kitchen manager was awesome. She made sure everything was fresh. My sisters and I shared a table with Rhonda who treated us like family. She greeted each guess as they came to breakfast and thanked them and told them to have a great day when they left. She’s an angel. Check in and checkout very smooth. Would stay there again.
