「I booked this hotel and confirmed, but when I checked in, i was told by the hotel that they dont have a room available. So i was left alone in a strange place at 9pm without dinner. I contacted Hotels.com, and even till now after 48 hours, except by saying sorry, i haven't even received anything meaningful response or refund. 「Excellent」

「My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. 」

「The place was absolutely perfect & charming.」

「I checked in on a Thursday night, called for room service on Saturday, and Mr Bermon told me that there was no room service due to staff shortage. I requested clean towels and sheets, was told to pick up at the front desk. Oh, almost forgot, I reported that my room toilet was loose, it shook every time. Would not recommend.」

「Our room was clean and bed slept well. The breakfast was very tasty. We will book this place next time we are in that area. Also staff was very friendly.」
