The rooms inside were very clean very put together very, very nice. The outside wasn’t the greatest and some of the occupants were loud and arguing therefore, I wasn’t sure if I was quite safe, but nothing happened and my overall stay was pretty good.

Seemed like there were many people actually living in the hotel. Everyone was friendly though and the property was quiet. The room was a bit run down and the shower leaked all over the floor, but fairly clean overall.

It was a wonderful stay. The room is clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. I just wish y'all offered more rewards and free stays like the choice rewards program I was using before the hotel got switched to oyo it lets you earn points while paying for the room and you earn free nights every so often please that would be very helpful

Overall the room is very clean and spacious; just the price is a bit high. I think the problem is on the Expedia.com side, not on the hotel side. The staff is very friendly. I arrived a bit early, but she still let me check in around 1:00 pm.

The stay was great, had a problem with the first room we got the lights didn’t work so they switched us no problem said if need anything else let them know.. super quiet for the weekend in Greensboro staff was super nice

Friendly staff, clean lobby, the room was fantastic, the shower, the bed everything in the room was just perfect! And parking in the back of the hotel was an A+ and very convenient.. this is my 2nd time in this hotel. I will definitely come back. Ps. I got the room with the view to the street queens blvd. I don't mind the noise of the city. 😃

I arrived on a late Thursday, and before I walked in to check in i was greeted by a lady asking me to let her know if I was lonely? I ignored and went on inside to check in through a protective plexiglass which made me feel like i was checking in to an unsafe establishment! The counter person was very nice however..The place outside was un appealing as I saw several individuals walking around what seemed to be with no purpose.. last, my room was never cleaned once I only observed 1 night where a new towel and wash cloth were left in the entrance only. The rates are good I guess you pay for what you get for. and to add insult to injury the Holiday Inn was next door and a much newer hotel that feels like a 4star place to stay none the less. :-(

Description of my stay

The room was quite easy to find and convenient to get into, i do feel as though it could have been prepped just alittle.better but im not complaining im just giving my honest opinion. For the price your not going to be able to beat it and for the most part your only their at night to eat shower and sleep . Over all i thing it was a great value for the price and over all convenient to find your roon and get in and out, plus its easily a mere 6-7 miles from my current job site... i will be looking.forward to staying there again lord willing i thank you all the ataff the help everyone for making my stay as comfortable as possible

DO NOT !!!!! I repeat DO NOT book this disgusting hotel that should be condemned.... We could not get into lobby to check in at 800pm upon arriving.. Beds were horrible etc...i can not say one nice thing about this hotel except the lady who checked me in was real nice....we checked out after first night even though we booked for 3 nights.... It was completely disgusting

I have to start by saying that the ladies in registration were really nice, the conditions of the hotel is not their fault so as far as that, it was a good and smooth check for me and my friends. We got three rooms this weekend for a family event we were coming from far. However, when I got my room on Friday night, first thing I noticed is that there was no lightbulbs, went back down to registration the lady gave me a different room. The room had lightbulbs, but we realized there was a lot of bugs and small roaches. The floors were very dirty, the mirrors were streaky, the parking lot had trash, and the smell of weed was very strong. As we left this morning, which is Sunday we also realized one of my car tires was intentionally flattened. Luckily it was not cut, but they pulled out the little screw from the air hole, why I have no idea. But this happened here. I would not stay here again, most likely unless it was an absolute emergency.

Nothing special

Beds were comfortable, floors were nice. Bathroom was in pretty bad shape. Toilet ran constantly, bathtub took a long time to drain and filled fast. Electrical issues in lighting and wall outlets. Fridge leaked black goo. Thankfully we were only here to really sleep. On a work trip.
