Every employee, from waiters to front desk to chefs, was kind, helpful, and had a friendly smile on their faces whenever they spoke. Employees don’t wait until you need something, they anticipate your needs and are deeply cognizant of them. I’ll be back!

The property is lovely. Afternoon tea is very quaint and delicious. Our dinner and breakfast were both delicious! I definitely would go to the O Henry again.

The O.Henry was beautiful and the staff was great! The rooms were a bit dated but everything was so clean! The way the bathroom was set up was wonderful as well. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Greensboro.

Clean and friendly, beautiful lobby and spacious bathrooms but overall nothing spectacular enough to justify the price. The room was clean and comfortable but pretty basic. At 300 a night you would expect a few more bells and whistles, perfectly nice hotel and would recommend as a safe bet but you can find just as nice at much less.

Beautiful property, lovely room. Wonderful afternoon tea. Great dinner at hotel restaurant. Had issues with housekeeping that were reported to the front desk. Other staff was good to outstanding, especially the outdoor attendant.

This is a wonderful hotel. It’s employee owned and it feels like every employee is invested in making your stay great. Dining at Green Valley Grill is outstanding.

I use to live in Greensboro for many many years and always thought this looked like a fun place to stay. I have eaten at the green valley grill but had never had the pleasure of staying at the o’Henry. I was in town for a night decided to stay here. The hotel is gorgeous. The room is spacious! It is very elegant and classy..reminiscent of “old money”. I would stay again if ever given the opportunity
