Surprised by some of the bad reviews. Hotel was pretty nice. Gym and floors do need some updates but other than that it was good stay. Breakfast was decent as well.

I chose this property for a one-night stay because of the favorable reviews. I was disappointed. The rooms are outdated and need to be completely renovated. The bathroom tile looked looked like it was painted over and was peeling in some places.There was also an off-putting smell in the hallways. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.

I wanted something like this and for my family to feel comfortable in their stay, first of all an incredible view and well attended, they gave us a pleasant welcome, the girl at the reception found me a cart to carry our luggage up. When I opened the room everything was clean and in order and smelled clean, everything was organized, the hallways smelled clean and very quiet. The delicious included breakfast has fruits, milk, yogurt, juices, cereals, waffles, eggs, bacon and much more. Empty and free parking spaces. We have been to other hotels but we liked this one a lot and I would come here again, I spent a couple of days checking hotels in Greensboro and this was the one chosen and we had a very good choice.

First off, I booked this room because it had decent reviews and it was within my budget. I booked for a weekend, so 2 nights. When I got to the hotel, the man at the front desk wasn't friendly at all. I checked in and went to my room. The hallway had a weird smell but I proceeded to my room. When I got to the room, it was very outdated, there was paint peeling on the walls, the desk chair was torn and I was in an adjoining room. I'm a single mom with 2 kids so I didn't feel comfortable with the adjoining room. I cleaned up but the room still didn't feel clean to me. I left for the event I came in town for and called expedia to let them know I didn't want to stay in the room and after a long call, I was only given $25 credit out of the $218 I paid and was told I would get my refund in 72 hours. Well, I was just told today that my refund request was denied! I've never had a bad experience with Expedia until now. I wouldn't refer this hotel to anyone

Comfortable and cleaniness
The stay was very comfortable. The stay accommodated my early check in request. I only had one issue with the toilet in my room running intermittently but when i told staff, they said that they would check it out. To be fair, i notified them at check out since my stay was for 1 night. Despite that one issue, I would definitely return to this hotel.
