"What a great hotel! So quaint yet modern inside. Bed was really comfy and it’s close to town to be able to walk to the Main St.
My only disappointment was that they don’t have an elevator (I had a heavy bag) because the house is old. Highly recommend you stay here."
"The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The amenities were well used because local residents are allowed to buy day passes to come to pool, which although is convenient for them, it kind took the peaceful stay away near the pool, pool not very clean. But the room was good. I would shp around off of Expedia to price shop. There are alot of hotels in the area that are not listed on here."
"I was actually surprised at how nice this place was for the price that I was being charged. The grounds were beautiful, right by the river. There was a fire pit you could use and a hot tub outside. The room was a little small, but very modern and clean. The only thing that was a bummer was that they ran out of s’mores and that the restaurant wasn’t open. I like they have little cabins that you can rent and I hope to come back and rent one. I would definitely suggest this to others."
"We enjoyed our stay at Field Guide Lodge. The staff was very helpful and we had a very nice room. The breakfast they provided in the morning was very impressive. The only thing we had trouble with is all the stairs...without an elevator taking our luggage up and down the stairs was a little difficult but would not stop us from staying there again."
"The room was spacious and clean. There seemed to be a problem with moisture on the floor. We were given a room on the lower level so maybe that was the reason. The property adjoined a biking / walking trial which was a plus! Hot tub was relaxing. Great location."
