「It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him...

The lobby smelled like sewage, our room smelled like damp laundry that had been kept in the drier for too long (it was the shower curtain) and it looked like someone had previously peed next to the toilet and it was not mopped up between stays. The hand soap container was hanging on to the wall by a thread. 」

「I like this hotel but the room was not the one we chose online but a handicap until instead. Some rooms should not be pet friendly, some people have pet allergies and even don't like the smell that you can't get rid of. Otherwise, everything else was good.」

「It was completely empty in the parking lot upon arrival. The staff were rude, in their tone and facial mannerisms. The room was stale and dirty bedding. No secure WIFI. I immediately left after 1hr and was given attitude with eye rolls and questioning why I was leaving. I simply felt unsafe 」

「The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. 」
