「Staff was not very helpful for our group. We needed tax exempt and they refused. Outside the hotel was a very bad neighborhood. Handicap amenities were bare minimum. Would no recommend especially for someone with disabilities.」
「We had an excellent experience for the 6 days spent at the Southport Hampton Inn. Of particular note were the laundry facilities. The room and machines were very cleaned and well maintained. Our room had a small issue with the towel rack. Staff resolved the problem immediately. This was our first time staying at the Hampton and will definitely return on our next trip to Indianapolis.」
「This was my wife’s first stay in a bed and breakfast and my second. I was very impressed with how well taken care of the property was. Breakfast each day was very good and had a variety of flavors on each plate. Staff was very friendly and helpful, though I didn’t have any issues during our stay. Will definitely stay here again!」
