「Spent two separate nights while riding a motorcycle through the nearby Tail of the Dragon (US Highway 129). The staff of this family-owned and operated hotel was fantastic, helping out with my motorcycle and trailer parking situation. 「This property is well maintained and updated, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the bed is comfortable. The person who checked me in offered me to sign up for the BonVoy program which I did and promptly booked at other Fairfield locations for our return home.」

「Room 128 was musty smelling. Bathroom has rust stains, cracked/missing caulking, room floor has chips/gaps at the wall. Peeling paint, water stains in closet ceiling area. Room needs to be updated. Hoping I can attach some photos to show. Water has to be getting behind the walls of the shower. Was only passing through and only stayed for a quick night. If I was staying multiple nights, I would have asked for a different room. Travel this route regularly. Will definitely try another place...
