"The sheets and linens were so old they were yellowed. The bed was moderately comfortable but had the establishment invested in clean/new linens the stay would have felt clean. As it were, it felt like the linens were dirty. The carpet was redone and that helped the overall appearance of the establishment. There is no elevator. If you are handicapped be sure to say so. A second floor room will be impossible to access for you. The hotel smells of food, not cleanliness, be aware of this. It was off putting when we walked in. The front desk clerk was the only nice thing about this stay. Hotels.com needs to pull this hotel from the listings. Not worthy of the partnership. "

"Everything was perfect. The check-in staff were especially helpful and friendly. Also, our room was neat and clean with the beds made up nicely. So, I say whatever the cleaning and check-in staff are being paid, it's not enough!"
