「That it was clean and friendly staff.」

「My stay at the Western Hotel was awful. The moment I walked in, the room smelled absolutely terrible. To make matters worse, the shower had a disgusting sewage smell coming out of it. Management clearly knew there was a major issue because they put a massive dehumidifier in the room that took up the entire entrance walkway. It was a really bad experience and I will not be staying here again.」

「We got in after 8:00 pm, and check-in was very smooth. Motel is located in a safe and convenient area near a Walmart and a few restaurants. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very accommodating, recommending a good restaurant based on what we were looking for and supplying the toothpaste that I forgot! Breakfast was satisfactory with many selections; eggs, sausages, waffles, muffins, bagels, bread, apples, oatmeal, juices, and coffee. We'll likely stay here again.」

「There was no one there to check us in. We rang the bell several times. Probably for the best because it looked really run down- not like pictures on Expedia. Although we stayed somewhere else. And it was acceptable.」

「Unfortunately I was charged TWICE on the WRONG card and charged a late checkout fee, which I asked to be removed for the inconvenience of being double charged on the wrong card and was DENIED that request. Then when I called to ask for additional towels the first time the office lady did bring them to my room right away. The second night I asked for additional towels I had to go down and get them myself from the office.」

「I am always thankful for getting my blessings. The staff (Debbie & Nicole) were both pleasant and helpful, coming and going. Everyone including a housekeeping staff made me feel welcome! It made my day. The amenities were much appreciated! I needed the ironing board & top-of-the-line steam iron they had to offer. I was attending a wedding that day. 「Everything was fine. Just two issues that were bothersome. 1) The bathroom floors and tub had an extremely slippery residue. 2) There were very noisy guests above our room.」

「This property was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was dirty, the baseboards and walls were filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here. Between the poor condition of the property and the lack of customer service, I will not be returning.」
