" Wry nice place to stay with family. Holiday movie by the pool with complimentary snacks was the star of the stay. Kids loved it. Capacious rooms. Bathroom door was a bummer, no proper latch. Complimentary breakfast and free shuttle service to the airport would have made it perfect even if it meant a slight hike in price. "

"Spacious rooms. Clean. Complementary breakfast (nothing special). Lively in the evening (it was a weekend). We had multiple rooms and one of them seemed a bit more "damp" than the others, but the rooms are carpeted and there was a lot of humidity so it was probably that (we come from Canada where the air is dry AF in the winters). Conveniently close to the airport (~5-10min) and port of Miami (~20-30min) for cruises. Airport Shuttles: From the airport to the hotel - it is confusing, you basically just wait at one of multiple doors and hope your specific hotel shuttle stops at your door with enough space to let you on, otherwise they just drive off. We ended up ubering after waiting 20 minutes. From the hotel to the airport: the shuttle seems to show up in front of the lobby every 30 minutes or so."

"Everything inside was great! The room was nice and clean! Only negative is security. They did not walk around to see our pass in mirror and left a nasty orange tow sticker on our window. Its been a week and still cant get it off."
