"Amazing and friendly staff and tidy room, maybe a bit let down by the breakfast with only cereal and toast but over all pretty good."

"Great hotel. Nice bed nice bathroom. Lovely staff. Excellent value for money"

"Everything was tidy and spotless, but there was a smell in the room and although sheets were crisp and everything looked "clean" the smell alone made it feel unhygienic. I can't put my finger on what the smell was though. The TV in the bedroom also wouldn't connect to the WiFi so we only had a few free to air channels to watch in that room, while the lounge room TV was working fine. The restaurant and bar were convenient. Some dishes weren't great but it was a cosy atmosphere."

"A great affordable choice for a few nights stay."

"Excellent hotel for our journey between Sydney and Brisbane. Very comfortable beds, hot showers and very good dinner to be had at the in house restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was a treat."

"A beautifully well maintained grand old home in a great location."

"Well situated to shopping and restaurants."

"The motel recently renovated into a luxurious motel to stay in Armidale, the staff friendly and the motel rooms and amenities five star."

"Great hosts. Friendly and welcoming. Excellent value, comfy beds, great lounge and tv, easy parking, 80 mt to the supermarket complex, across from the bowling club, central, yet very quiet. Sure, there are flashier places (and more expensive ones) to stay at, but I would return again without hesitation. Everything you need for a good nights sleep."
