「Everything is perfect!!
But the location is far away from villages, and the hotel’s restaurant does not offer very attractive menu…
But we enjoy the stay very much!! The view is splendid!!」
「Obviously, it's an expensive housing. In return, we have high expectations. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and there was loud noise of machine in the suite. The service staff responded quickly, but this should not happen and happen hardly even in regular hotels. There was no any compensation at all.
We should also have had bottled waters per person at least as many days as our stays, but we just got one or two, and were charged for additional ones.」
