「I had a great one-night stay at the Whitehall. The room was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hotel is run by Sotherly and they had some nice touches - lemon cookies in the room, a veteran-focused foundation that they make you aware of, etc. The 1st floor bar, with an outside space, looked awesome. 「I think they should offer late checkout. Many people Have instances where flights are cancelled and jobs are demanding and 11 just isn’t doable sometimes. I do understand you have to rotate and accommodate all reservations but late check out should be an option. Other then that staff friendly, hotel quite and nice. They do check on you throughout your stay which is nice would stay again.」

Terrible facility and service
"I’ve wrote to the hotel three weeks before the arrival and no reply at all. When arrived, you need to call for the shuttle bus, unless other brands, this hotel shared with some other small motels and has fixed schedule that sometime doesn’t meet your schedule. When we arrive hotel finally at 22:00, the front desk didn’t show any hospitality and I was just like talking to a robot. The worse part, there was thunder that night and all the power supplies all of sudden shut down. There was no flashlight available and none in the hotel can explain. The worse part came- they didn’t have emergency power supply so we carried 6 70lb luggages down from 3rd floor with kids… our trip was ruined even before it starts ( we transit via Houston) and the hotel stuffs didn’t care or ever show any emphasis or even try to provide any more information. "
