"For a hotel located in a motorway services I was very impressed. The staff we encountered were great ambassadors for the company. Friendly, chatty and helpful. The room met our expectations for location,price and appeared to have been prepared to a good standard. My only improvement would be the addition of usb charging ports next to the bed."
