"The omelet station is great. There needs to be more lighting in the dining area though... very dark. The fitness center is good although I wish it opened before 5:30 am. I appreciate a Kurig in the room. I have stayed at the Academy Hotel a few times and will continue to book there when in Colorado Springs for business."

"Great new hotel! Nice touches in the room, very modern. Views and outlets at the hotel are great. Staff is very helpful and plenty of parking. Would stay again!"

"Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Nice looking lobby and clean rooms. I don’t love the newish trend of having to pay an additional parking fee per night when you are already paying to stay there. I understand paying for parking at an event or something, but I think this should be included in the price of the hotel stay. Otherwise woulda been 5 stars."
