"Walking in the lobby the room was very hot and reeked of mold. Got to our room and walked in & stepped on glass. Floor felt gritty and not clean. Inside room temperature was okay and controlled, but rest of hotel like a steam room. When I asked front desk clerk about it, she just shrugged her shoulders & told me she had no idea what the problem was. The group of 4 of us could not even eat breakfast without sweating.
We asked for a room with mountain view & informed none available. We were right over the highway. Very loud and noisy. Poor sleep. Horrible experience."
