Prime choice in beautiful city

We travel multiple times per year with our children and not very often do we have such an amazing experience as we did here! The staff were all excellent and so welcoming! Cleanliness of the entire hotel was superb! Thank you so very much for such a wonderful experience! We will be back in the spring!

We had an exceptional stay at the Pfister! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were met with outstanding customer service every time we interacted with hotel staff. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and eating breakfast in the cafe. Gavin served us breakfast and was working the bar and he was attentive and never let our coffees get low! This hotel was extra cozy and they had decorated for Christmas which made things feel magical. Cannot recommend the Pfister enough and will...

Side of property is under construction. Staff was helpful and prompt. Restaurant charged $4.00 per “unit” of tiny shrimp, which were overcooked. Restaurant service poor.

The staff was extremely accommodating and the on site restaurants were amazing. The hotel is top notch.

We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. My favorite thing about staying at this hotel was the accessibility of everything. I felt like I was in the heart of Toronto and I could walk everywhere if I wanted to experience the city on my feet. If I ever got lost I would just locate the CN tower and follow it and the hotel would be right across the street. Great decision to stay here and this will be my primary choice of hotel anytime I visit Toronto!

Great stay at clean, modern conveniently located hotel.

Property had good parking and lots of room. Sit was clean and close to the airport and shopping.

Hotel is well appointed with beautiful rooms and an elegant, luxurious bathroom. The staff was helpful and the hotel is in the middle of the best shopping abd restaurants in Chicago! Wull definitely be my "go to" hotel in Chitown!

It was great!

Attentive, professional and thoughtful staff, clean comfortable rooms, great location. We will continue to come back,
