Lovely experience
"A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly."

"Excellent room, spotlessly clean and a great breakfast in the morning. My only complaint is that - like too many hotels - they wash the sheets in some extremely potent chemicals which gave me a very itchy rash on my legs."
