"Excellent first rate property, room was perfect facing the quiet garden area. We sat out on the balcony and had coffee and tea in the morning. "Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay."

"Nice room and a good area but there is three floors with no lift. I lived on the top floor and it got really hot so I had to sleep with the windows open and a fan on as there is no ac."
