"I just love the friendliness of the staff, our room was clean and welcoming. We had a shortage of tea and coffee etc , use the hotel’s msg and the replacement was brought with in 5 minutes . An exceptional Service from this hotel again"

"Stayed one night but suffered a total power cut (not the hotel’s fault) and so had to get ready in darkness and eat a cold breakfast in the gloom!! Good apart from that"

"Really well-priced and convenient option close to Terminal 4. Breakfast was inedible but I expected that - it was included in our very cheap price so I didn't mind. Hotel is clean. the rooms reasonably spacious and equipped, and there's a pool and spa, even, which is amazing for the price."

"Added breakfast and it was well worth 12.50 There’s a lot of deferred maintenance in the building. Pool and changing areas were dirty and had mold on the ceiling. Hoses were going through the changing room. We went to the pool and hot tub in the evening and it was really very crowded, my tip is to go when all of the families are at the zoo. I had the place to myself. Area is ok not a lot going on if you’re not going to the zoo. It was ok but I don’t think I would go back and stay just for the property"
