「Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located just adjacent to the train station. The breakfast is great. Yet the room may need some renovation as it actually getting old. During check-in, we were informed to pay for the hotel, which we already paid during the booking, but it was rectified once we spoke to the hotel staff during check-out. 」

「Comfy room very friendly and courteous staff and delicious food. Only criticism the room was a little dated with stains on sofa and carpet. We will stay there again.」

「Shower is tiny. I changed my room because mattress is smelly and dirty. The staff is very helpful. They apologized and also found another room for me.」

「This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.」
