"Very nice place. Everything was clean, room was small but very nice. We stayed in the motel part, not the main building & we did not like having to walk through a business parking lot to get ice & coffee etc & we were not particularly impressed with the breakfast but the room being so clean made up for that. One thing, we went to the front desk to ask for some brochures or maps for Quebec City & you guys had nothing. The young lady wasn’t very accommodating & kind of brushed me off. Not cool. Great location, parking excellent."

"We were in Victoriaville for a funeral and appreciated the location and convenience of the hotel. The front desk were very helpful, especially one who retyped and printed a reading that we needed for the ceremony. Our room was a good size and comfortable. The breakfast was not great. Also our key card needed to be reset regularly."

"We were greeted by a very friendly man in the reception area. He explained what was going on in the area and advised us of what we needed to know in a kind, patient and precise manner. The room was spacious and it was great that it had access to the outside as well as access to the inner hall. Breakfast was basic but good and nice that it was included. The breakfast area was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly."
