The location was great as it is close to the center (15 min walk) or a few minutes to the tram (we loved riding around Graz on the tram and even used it to visit our friend in the hospital). "I requested an extra bed with bedding. Unfortunately, we were unable to use it because there were dead cockroaches on the bedding. Consequently, my family had to spend the night sharing a single King bed. As we checked in late (after 10:00 p.m.), I did not request a replacement at that time."

"The hotel was close to everything…the trains and the old town. Very walkable. The hotel itself was very beautiful and the staff were all so helpful and very kind. There are a lot of food options nearby and of course shopping in the old town area. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Thank you for everything! PS if you need a late night bite, eat at Dr. Falaflo, which is nearby. Sooooo good!!"
