"Sofa bed we open it and it had torn holes used blanket and the king size bed the blankets were dirty really bad rooms won’t recommend it."

"Pools and beach access were great. Parking is free, and safe. There is a coffee shop, beach store, two bars inside, one at the pool as well as a food hut, and a nice restaurant. Cleaning staff were always around and very sweet. Front desk, security and bar/wait staff were all very nice and helpful! Overall we will stay here again."

"When we got there, the staff was nice and checked us in quickly. However, as we got into our room there was a string smell of paint. Then there was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and looked as if the ceiling fell apart. Then around the ac area was mold and moisture. I went to the front desk and asked if we could be moved to another room due to the smell. At first they stated no but then moved us to the second floor. When we got there, the room was a bit better. However, could hang our towels due to the towel rack being broken and barely on the wall. Then I couldn’t use two outlets, due to the mirror blocking it or it just didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t even have numbers on it. When we turned the lights on it would flicker for about 1-2 minutes then it would stay on. Bathroom door didn’t either close or lock. Which we found very comical. When we went to eat breakfast, it was much smaller than the pictures showed and there was no room. But yet you couldn’t take the food to your room, per the signs placed around. You couldn’t tell who was staff or customer due to the way they were dressed. Either they were in workout clothes or jeans and crop top. Very over priced for the condition of the hotel, pictures definitely do not match what it actually is."

"Room was clean and pretty spacious. Ac on room 252 was not the best it was cold but not blowing enough. Apart from that everything was perfect! Had to pay 10 for parking for the night too. "

"The pictures on the advertisement wasn’t what we saw after we got there, there were dead bugs and fake fingernails on the floor and it took several hours for staff to clean it."
