「The location is a bit far from the center town. The room is big and clean. Yet, the facilities inside the room are not satisfactory. There is a kitchen area next to the living room, the range hood is useless and cause poor ventilation. The staff at the check in counter has explained the house rules but didn't mention about the water heater is a storage type. I had a shower with cold water on my first night which was a terrible experience for me.」

「I had late checkin at night and no one was at the reception. The hotel entrance is hidden even it's well location right next to the train station. It took me lots of time to find out that i should have received a password for the safe box to get my room key, however, i did not receive anything. Luckily the receptionist at IBIS budget was helpful and helped to call. And we finally got into our room after more than an hour late at night.... The room was dark, old, and small. I recommend...

「飯店很簡陋而且不清潔，我們一家四人住宿毛巾只給2條，去櫃檯要 態度不好 說放在櫃子裡！我們上樓翻遍了也沒有。 飯店走廊還因為省電 沒人走動會整條黑掉，所以一開門黑淒淒 孩子去隔壁找外公外婆都覺得很可怕。 我不會推薦人來住這間飯店。」

「要注意它的櫃台服務時間，若無法在櫃台服務時間check in, 記得事先提早與他們聯繫；房間不錯，很舒適，附近有subway , 麥當勞，不過麥當勞10點才會開。」

「We stayed for one night at this great property in the old center city in Avignon. The hotel is in great condition with newly renovated rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was in walking distance of the main attractions in the old city including the papal castle and the Pont D'Avignon.」
