「The restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious, the music was great, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a few issues with the accommodation. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever they were there, but in the morning there was no one available, and there was no one I could ask for assistance when I needed help. 「The stay did not start well as there was no record of my reservation. I don't know if there was a communication problem between Expedia and the "resort" or if there was internal miscommunication. None the less, the room that I reserved was not available. Thankfully they had a different accommodation available. The cabin was acceptable, but I can not give an excellent review because the sheets were wrinkled and the towels were a synthetic fabric. I guess I am spoiled because in Europe,...

「It is a charming hotel, with actual metal keys. Much more personal than a chain hotel. The television signal was not consistent, which was not surprising for the hilly location. We really enjoyed our stay. The town has many small shops, eateries which are worth enjoying」

「It's a 3-Star hotel so don't expect the room to be glamourous, but my wife and I had a great time. Place was probably incredible in the 90s/early 2000s but needs maintenance. Food was good, but restaurant is understaffed. We stayed in the Champagne room, despite all of that, I do recommend staying here. It has a nice charm to it, Note, if you're afraid, there are lots of deer on site. But they are not aggressive, they seem to know where the food is. Enjoy!」
