O quarto bom, nada demais. Ducha higiênica não funcionava e mangueira toda enferrujada. O chuveiro com as saídas intupidas, na real, falta de manutenção preventiva. Muito positivo, é a equipe do hotel, todos sem exceção muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos.

Piscinas e comida, decoração de natal excelentes. Conforto ruim, chuveiro mal aquecia e água caía pelos furos do chuveiro para outras direções. Colchão gasto, mole, côncavo. Faltava paleta no ar condicionado que não dava de direcionar, ficava na cabeça a noite toda. No meu aniversário o hotel não fez nada, deixou passar em branco.

Hotel em ótimas acomodações, equipe super-atenciosa. Alguns detalhes a melhorar na limpeza do quarto, mas nada desabonador. Alimentação (pensão completa) também excelente. Também estão em reforma na parte estrutural, para melhor atender aos hóspedes.

Ótima estadia

Amamos nossa estadia nesse hotel. Quarto confortável e moderno. Adoramos todas as refeições oferecidas. Piscinas quentinhas. A única coisa que me incomodou foi que no dia 30/09/23 acordei com um barulho altíssimo de um evento de 4×4 que começou as 07:00 até às 09:00 da manhã na rua em frente ao hotel. Parece que o som estava dentro do meu quarto.

Hotel em meio à natureza

A área externa do hotel é muito linda, um bosque bem cuidado. Todo o hotel é muito limpo e organizado. As refeições são fartas e bem variadas, apenas não encantou no quesito sabor. O ponto baixo foi a seleção musical, 90% de sertanejo, com músicas de conotação sexual, num ambiente que se diz familiar. O nosso objetivo era descansar e relaxar e neste ponto, a música alta em quase todos os ambientes prejudicou nossa estadia.

Um hotel antigo, onde vários quartos encontram-se em reformas, ai teve barulho logo as 08:00 hrs da manhã. Nada grave. Tinha que alugar roupões, ... , padrão e preço acho que não era necessário cobrar por isto. Tinha uma excelente WIFI em todos os lugare, e o parque aquático em anexo foi legal. Tinha uma piscina de uns 26 metros ... nadei bastante.
