「The apartment was very nice, ckean spacious, and accessible to everything. We appreciated the attention to details. Thank you all very much. I'd like to let you know that the out door patio lights were NOT working. Maybe a bulb issue. That provided a security issue for all of your guest, but especially for the elderly ones. Safety first」

「Wow, what a great 3 night stay at this beautiful property! An absolutely perfect location, with the most beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the Sassi! Wonderful family owned hotel, in a refurbished Medieval Tower. Very tastefully renovated with high end finishings. Great shower/water pressure, and breakfast provided. Highly recommended. 「Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, clear information given at checkin and Giorgia helped us to arrange a taxi when we left. The breakfast was very restrictive, a voucher for a coffee and a croissant at a nearby bar and they wouldn't even let my friend (who doesn't drink coffee) have a tea instead. A water dispenser so we don't have to keep using plastic bottles would be better.」

「A restaurant is exactly downstairs of our room, so it was quite noisy in the night time from the guests sitting outside of restaurant. Also there was a few second noise from the electric box of the room every minute when we turned on the air conditioning. The location of room is very good, walking distance to Matera old town. We really enjoy to stay at Matera.」
