「Was worst hotel ever pool is broken beds suck staff is rude no internet no breakfast TV broken」

「There was garbage outside of the rooms. Our room in particular grossed us out. The shower was so disgusting we wouldn't get into it without shower sandals. There was a bag over the smoke detector and room smelled like stale smoke. The bedding had blood stains and burn holes in it and had to go to the office to get clean sheets which were also stained. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever staying here」

「Beds were terrible and complained but no help from front desk said we had been in the room for 2 hours before we complained!! Also asked for more towels and would not give us any until we brought down our used ones!! Very poor service will NOT be staying at any Comfort Inns ever again! Telling w ergo e we know about it too!! Worst customer service ever!!!!」

「Somehow, the room key didn't work all sudden on the last day of stay. And the before the check out, a lady approached to my husband and screamed that he had to pay for the breakfast. First of all, it is not necessary to raise a voice to the guest, any circumstance. I don't know what confusion comes from but hopefully they have a little better employee education for future.」

「Staff was friendly, they didnt have the double rooms I reserved, only one queen bed rooms. There were stains in the carpet and in the fabric chair in room. Also debris on the floor,, like not vacuumed. Bed seemed clean, but would not stay here again with other options available in area. Breakfast was minimal muffins, bagels, juice. Air conditioning in room was good: hallways, lobby, and breakfast area was not working.」

「I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.」
