Minuspunkte: Einige Lampen im Zimmer scheinen schon länger nicht mehr zu funktionieren (Kastenbeleuchtung), TV Empfang zeitweise stark gestört. Ansonsten exzellentes Hotel (Weinverkostung, traumhafte Lage, erstklassiges Frühstücksbuffet). Ober Preisklasse.」

「Nice Hotel I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too. But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. 」

「Einfach nur hervorragend. Waren zum zweiten Mal im Chocolate Village und hatten erneut ein Charlet mit privatem Whirlpool gebucht. Sehr Erholsam! Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.」

「I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...

「It may far away from the city centre, but there's a shopping mall nearby, you can still buy everything you needed. The room is cozy and clean, and the whole environment of hotel is simple yet comfy, will definitely recommend to stay for a night or two.」

「Nog jooot so’n compleet appartement gehuurd . Werkelijk alles was er tot een kaasrasp aan toe en alles van goede kwaliteit . Heel fijne bedden . Goede douche en bad . Mooi centraal de bakker zen supermarkt zitten beneden en een half uurtje van maribor af . Host stuurde elke da toeristische tips . Paradijs voor kinderen met al dat speelgoed 」
