"Clean Room. Average amenities. No cell phone charging ports anywhere in the room. Breakfast service ended much too early. "

"Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room was disgusting. The sheets had holes in them and yellow stains all over them. We complained to the owner and he said it would be fixed right away, but 5 HOURS later nothing had been done. When we went back downstairs, the staff acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. Then the breakfast situation made it even worse. Breakfast starts at 7am, but we came down at 6:40 and watched a white guest grabbing food. When we tried to grab bagels for our kids before their 7-on-7 game, the staff immediately told us no until 7am. When my mom pointed out the other guest was already getting food, the staff said “she can because she’s leaving.” We were leaving too. So apparently the rules only apply to certain people. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never stay here again"

"The hotel was well situated, very comfortable and convenient located to shopping and dining. The daily breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was amazing, courteous, helpful amd very thoughtful."

"Booked a bayview, got a view of the parking lot. Front desk said I booked a room with a kitchen, which I did not. The TV didnt work and the kitchen sink was backed up. Going to try the hotel next door next time as we need a reliable place to stay in Bremerton, as my son lives there."

"Elevators were down so walking up the stairs was a pain with suitcases and bags. The recliner in the room was broken and there were hairs in the shower and bathroom sink that hadn’t been cleaned and there was a lot of dust everywhere. The curtains were stained with a mysterious red substance as well. Staff was friendly though!"
