「Nice little hotel in the middle of Speyside. Rooms are small but cute, housekeeping could pay a little more attention to dusting in not so obvious parts of the room. Restaurant Spey inn has a nice atmosphere, a bit pricy but very good food. Bar Quaiche is just outstanding with a wide selection of whiskey and staff is just phenomenal with recommendations and advice. We had 2 great evenings there with great whiskey in cosy atmosphere.」

「First time staying here and we weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious and airy , bed very comfortable. Welcome pack was good. Shower was great and bathroom was immaculate. My only suggestion was to add a handrail inside the shower and maybe a small corner shelf for shampoo, conditioner , shower gel it’s much better for someone disabled. 「Beautiful property. Sheep, fruit, and vegetable farms all around. Staff super nice. Had the ability to grill our own food and have a fire to sit around and enjoy the beautiful weather we had way into the night. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Play area for the kids. This is by far our favorite place so far on our two week trip around the UK. 」

「Scott, Jodi and the Craigellachie Lodge team were extremely welcoming and hospitable while we stayed at the Lodge. 「I booked a Deluxe apartment. I didnt realise it would be seperate to the hotel. We were disappointed with the bathroom as we were expecting a bit of luxury at the price per night. Instead we had bathroom suitable for disabled access. One of the reclining chairs had bare wires hanging out. There were 3 of us but only towels for 2 people. The sofa bed had not been made up but when we reported this to reception someone did come and make it up. On booking it said robes were provided, no robes on...

「If we hadn’t already booked we probably would have kept on driving. Out side area so untidy and not well kept. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Stairs very steep - no good for anyone that has problems with mobility. Food was good. Probably wouldn’t book again. 」
