I had made a reservation for my colleague Elliot, and there were issues with the original flight and connecting flight from Florida to Arkansas. I spoke with her several times within a 2-hour time span. She was kind, patient, and very empathetic, demonstrated true customer care, she was next level. Thank you, Rachel "

"Absolutely nicest staff at a hotel that we have experienced. The hotel is older, but the staff makes up for it 10 fold. Clean and comfortable rooms. Having two food options on site helps greatly as we ate the breakfast buffet and Boston’s for dinner. "
