「We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.」

「Quiet environment and convenient place for shopping & eating.」

「Gorgeous property, nice rooms, extraordinary staff. Lots of little maintenance issues; when a room is empty it would take 10 minutes to go through and make sure everything works. And some bigger issues - the track on my patio door needs replacing (the man who got it to open and close arrived promptly and did a quick fix), my sister's front door had to be repaired in order to open and close properly, my brother had to change rooms because his first room smelled of mold. Maintenance costs...

「Nice location and mostly helpful staff. The breakfast was a bit strange: no potatoes, limited fresh fruit and not as good as most other Marriott properties - I have over 1000 nights at Marriott under my belt. The toilet backed up and there was no maintenance staff on duty - best they could do was to drop off a plunger for us to use.」

「Feel safe」

「Staff was great」

「The room and breakfast was about average with the other hotels in the immediate area. The staff was very nice (especially the woman working the breakfast during the week.) We had issues with the elevator 3-4 times. Either we had to have the staff reset the elevator (they said it was old). Not very comforting. Also, our TV did not work. We could stream through You Tube or Netflix but not normal cable channels.」
