"Booked a king suite and photos of the room online were not what the room was. For $1000 a night having a tub shower and a toilet squeezed right next to it wasn’t what was pictured (beautiful white marble bathroom with gold fixtures….ya this bathroom was 30+ years old) Lobby bar was nice but the rooms we got weren’t what was pictured and advertised as a suite. Next time will stay elsewhere for sure."

"LOUD! Loud outside big time and not soundproofed and for the 3 nights there I slept super little! Even out in halls and etc. When I wrote off Expedia I did not get any replies and they do not have an email option on their website either. 1st room was so dirty and in terrible shape. TV had lines through it too. Plus so loud as outside there was a loose metal grate that made tons of noise each car driving over it all day and all night. I asked on quiet in advance but even when I switched rooms the next night I still got street side and not the other side for weird no reasoning my way but: hotel almost full. Housekeeper was non engaging and not happy as I told her there was no body wash but the dispenser was not working much and did not really need the attitude. Just one of my very worst stays ever!, anywhere."
